Fatal fire victim identified

The victim has been identified following a fatal fire in Bloomington earlier this week.

Randall L. Klockenga, 63, of Bloomington was pronounced dead at the scene in the 1300 block of West Elm Street, according to McLean County Coroner Dr. Kathy Yoder.

Foul play is not suspected and toxicology tests are pending.

“The circumstances of this incident remain under investigation by the Bloomington Police Department, Bloomington Fire Department and the McLean County Coroner’s Office,” said a news released issued by the coroner.
