With the arrival of spring, area communities have announced upcoming garage sales. The Forrest town-wide sales will be April 17-18 from 8 to 4 and are sponsored by the Forrest American Legion Auxiliary. Fairbury's all-town garage sale dates are April 23-25 and are sponsored by the GFWC Illinois Fairbury Women's Club. Sale hours for Fairbury are April 23 from 9-6, the 24th from 9-6 and 25th from 9-3.
