More released on bicycle death

A 57-year-old Normal man apparently died from spinal injuries due to a bicycle crash in McLean County Monday.
The McLean County Coroner’s office has identified the man as Shawn Anderson. Toxicology tests are pending as the incident remains under investigation by the McLean County Coroner’s office and McLean County Sheriff.
Anderson was found on a trail next to a bicycle at Comlara Park near Hudson and an autopsy was scheduled.
The coroner was notified at 4:24 p.m. Monday of a death at the location. McLean County Sheriff’s Police, Normal firefighters and members of the Hudson Fire Department were already on the scene.
