Search is on for pickup after wreck

Authorities are searching for an older blue Chevy Silverado extended cab pickup with a topper following a three-vehicle wreck which occurred Thursday morning between Lexington and Colfax.

The vehicle took off after the accident, according to a post on social media from the Lexington Fire Department. The truck would appear damaged.

If anyone locates the vehicle in question, contact McLean County 911 and do not approach it, just give the location and description of the vehicle.

The incident occurred at the intersection of E. 2450 North Road and 3400 East in McLean County.
